Specialist in Care EFZ (FaBe) (20-30 %) ##

The Schule Hergiswil is expanding its care system and is looking for an engaged, qualified, and motivated personality for afternoon care with lunch service, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your task is responsible and meaningful

In afternoon care, you accompany children during an important part of their everyday lives. You provide structure, orientation, and reliability, and create an appreciative framework in which children can feel comfortable and develop. In doing so, you act in a goal-oriented, pedagogically sound manner and in close exchange with the school and parents.

Your main tasks

• Care of the children during lunch and in the afternoon
• Accompanying and supporting during the lunch service
• Creating a calm, safe, and conducive care atmosphere
• Promoting social skills, independence, and a sense of responsibility
• Cooperation within the care team as well as with teachers and parents

What you bring

• Completed pedagogical or care-specific qualification, Specialist in Care EFZ
• Joy and competence in dealing with children
• Sense of responsibility, patience, and empathy
• Ability to work in a team as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Readiness to actively participate in the further development of the care system Workload
• 20-30 % (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
