Your tasks – Responsibility and expertise in nursing

• Individual and holistic care of patients in acute and chronic nursing situations
• Ensuring high-quality care through evidence-based methods
• Performance of medical-technical tasks such as medication management, infusion therapy, wound care, or pain therapy
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing measures considering health promotion and prevention
• Counseling and support of relatives to assist patient care
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists, and other specialists
• Documentation and quality assurance according to applicable regulations

Your profile – Professional qualification and social competence

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF DN1
• Professional experience in acute, long-term, or Spitex care is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Sound nursing knowledge and confident handling of nursing and medical-technical measures
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists from various fields
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness for continuous professional further training
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
