The Andreasklinik Cham Zug is located in the heart of Cham - embedded in a quiet and beautiful environment. The clinic specializes in the musculoskeletal system with orthopedics and neuro- and spine surgery. In addition, it offers comprehensive regional healthcare with the departments of gynecology including breast cancer medicine, urology, general surgery, general internal medicine and a daytime and evening emergency department. YOUR TASKS

• Preparing and providing meals, apéros etc.
• Service and distribution of meals at the counter, at events and banquets
• Assisting in the design and development of new dishes and recipes
• Ordering food and beverages
• Compliance with and implementation of our hygiene guidelines
• Active participation in the accompaniment of learners

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a passionate chef or cook EFZ and have professional experience in the diet kitchen, advantageous in the hospital or home kitchen or in upscale gastronomy
• You are an enthusiastic, service-oriented and upright personality with a high sense of quality and gladly take on responsibility
• You feel comfortable in a mixed and dynamic team
• Very good German language skills as well as flexibility and resilience round out your profile
