For our Culinary Arts Academy campus in Le Bouveret, we are looking for a:

Maintenance Employee at 100% ##

In order to ensure the maintenance of our buildings, we are looking for a maintenance employee.

Start date: 6 janvier 2027

Your responsibilities ###

• Perform various repairs and maintenance work.
• Monitor and ensure the maintenance of the buildings' technical installations (heating, ventilation, etc.).
• Implement maintenance programs.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and renovation work.
• Perform various administrative tasks (work orders, reports, inspections).
• Perform maintenance of the exteriors and gardens as well as winter service on the various school buildings.
• Sort and dispose of recyclable materials and other recoverable waste.
• Perform various transports (recycling, etc.).

Profile sought ###

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills in french and english. Knowledge of portuguese is an asset.
• Neat appearance and open attitude.
• Autonomous, motivated, organized and conscientious person.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Category B driving license.

Swiss nationality or holder of a permit C, B or G, or nationality of an EU/EFTA country.
