Your task is demanding and versatile

• Clarifying the insurance law requirements and obtaining medical documents
• Case management for disability and verification of the IV benefit / pension entitlement
• Drafting and justifying IV decisions in individual cases
• Written and telephone contact with our customers as well as with other involved bodies

You convince us

Do you have a

• Commercial basic training (Federal Certificate of Capacity)
• Several years of work experience in the commercial, personnel, or social insurance sector (level of social insurance specialist with federal professional certificate)

Your strengths include

• Exact, expeditious, service-oriented, and prudent way of working
• High flexibility, resilience, and independence
• Networked thinking and acting within the legal requirements and guidelines
• Very good written and oral knowledge of the German language
