Business Analyst - Master Data (M/F)

Introduction For our Information Systems division, we are looking for a Business Analyst - Master Data. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions to guarantee the excellence of our reference data. You will be a key player in the design, governance, and evolution of our data repositories, within our SAP environment. The strategic data scope will be related to Articles/products & prices, business partners (customers/suppliers) and production (e.g. BOMs, routings). Responsibilities As a functional master data referent, you will intervene in the following areas: Analysis & Design Collect, analyze and challenge the needs of business teams regarding and evaluate their impacts on end-to-end processes. Design and model governance processes (creation, modification, validation) in SAP MDG: workflows, management rules, roles and responsibilities. Guarantee the quality of the company's master data. Write functional specifications. Follow developments and integrations (SAP and non-SAP) to guarantee that they perfectly meet the expressed needs. Quality & Deployment Organize, execute and document functional testing and acceptance phases. Actively participate in data migration projects: analysis of the existing, definition of mapping and recovery rules, coordination of the cutover and post-go-live support (hypercare). Implement and analyze data quality indicators (completeness, uniqueness, freshness) to drive continuous improvement. Support & Monitoring: Train and support end users to guarantee the adoption of new processes and tools (writing guides, functional support). Ensure technological and methodological monitoring of best practices in Master Data Management and the evolutions of SAP solutions. Profile Level of study: Engineer or Master (IT, data or equivalent). Minimum 3-5 years of experience on SAP topics, including significant experience in master data governance and quality. Knowledge of Article/Product, Business Partner Customer, Supplier objects and, ideally, production data (PP). Appreciated knowledge: SAP MDG, S/4HANA. Skills: workshop facilitation, formalization (processes, management rules, specifications), multi-actor coordination, quality and compliance oriented approach. Qualities: rigor, autonomy, sense of service, pragmatism, excellent interpersonal skills. Languages: fluent French; professional English.
