For our client, an established industrial company in the field of precision mechanics and drive technology in the St. Gallen region, we are looking for an experienced specialist in CNC machining immediately or by arrangement. The company is among the leading manufacturers in its industry, employs around 400 employees at several international locations and supplies renowned customers from demanding industries such as motorsport and electromobility. CNC Turner (m/f/d) 50–100% Tasks In this function, you are responsible for the setup and operation of modern CNC-controlled 4-axis turning machines. You manufacture high-precision individual parts as well as small series for technically demanding application areas, including international top projects from the motorsport sector. Furthermore, you take over the ongoing quality control of the manufactured parts, optimize existing production processes and actively contribute to the continuous improvement process of the team. Requirements You have a completed vocational apprenticeship as a polymechanic, toolmaker or a comparable technical education. Sound knowledge in metal cutting processes as well as practical experience in CNC production are required. You work independently, reliably and place great value on quality. Good German skills in spoken and written language are required, as is the willingness to work in 2-shift operation and temporarily also in 3-shift operation.
