Customer advice, sales, reception, and restitution of vehicles: You are the main point of contact for customers and the team. You advise with professionalism, sell with passion, and lead with experience and foresight. Establishing diagnostics and resolving technical problems: You do not just settle for identifying the causes of technical problems - you also find the best solutions. Participation in the planning of interventions and quality assurance: You bring structure to everyday life. Thanks to thoughtful planning, clear processes, and a good sense of priorities, you guide the workshop on the path to success. You substitute for the branch manager in their absence. What we expect: Completed training as a Mechanic or Mechatronician in automotive maintenance CFC or equivalent You possess technical skills and excellent manual dexterity You master diagnostic tools You possess a category B driver's license, possibly trailer You have good knowledge of the French language, spoken and written, German would be an advantage You present a confident attitude and a neat appearance You manifest a definite interest in the automotive sector Excellent mastery of MS Office and great ease with IT tools You work very autonomously, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and you remain a team player even in stressful situations We offer: We offer much more than just a job.
