We offer you the position of : Market Technical Advisor at 50% Develier (JU) # Varied tasks will be assigned to you: ## \* Reception and Customer Advice in the Market and by telephone \* Sale of products and spare parts (incl. Cross- und Up-Selling) as well as handing over merchandise to customers \* Reception and processing of requests and orders placed by telephone, in writing, or electronically according to the desired deadlines \* Reception and processing of goods returns, complaints and repairs \* Support to maintain order, good presentation and good density of merchandise in the sales area of the store \* Management of the storage of delivered material and support for the organization of events for customers You will lead us to success if you: ## \* Have a CFC as a heating installer or CFC equivalent in the building sector \* Have 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role or sound experience in stock management and logistics \* Have natural interpersonal skills and an innate service orientation \* Have experience in using SAP software and are comfortable with office automation \* Are autonomous, well-organized, responsible, dynamic and enjoy teamwork Are you up for it?
