The Bäckerei-Konditorei-Café Gnädinger AG is a craft business with passion, in the heart of the Zürcher Weinland, on the village square of Andelfingen. We produce a comprehensive range of baked goods, confectionery, and exquisite confectionery products fresh every day. Many food products are sourced from the region and processed gently. Our café offers space for a strengthening in between and offers a homemade, seasonal lunch menu during the week. Service Specialist (20-40% as Spingerin)# To continue offering our customers our services in the usual framework, we are looking for immediate reinforcement in our café Service Specialist (20-40%) for the summer months We offer you varied and exciting jobs in our small, family-like team! Your tasks: -Friendly and expert service to customers in a lively, well-frequented café -Deployment in the service in the café, partly supporting in the kitchen -Attentive and high-quality advice to our demanding customer base -Ensuring order and cleanliness in and in front of the café as well as the kitchen -Compliance with hygiene, quality, order, and safety regulations (Haccp) -Additional tasks depending on suitability, training, and professional experience You bring: -Completed training in the gastronomy sector and/or several years of professional experience in the service sector -Experience as a service specialist in a lively business -Reliable, competent, motivated, and upright personality -Expressed customer orientation and joy in our customers -You live and love serving guests -Flawless Swiss German or good German language skills -Creative organizational talent that also keeps an overview in hectic times -Team spirit, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for new things -Flexibility in working hours (regulated multi-shift operation from Monday to Sunday), willingness to work on weekends (early shift: 05.45 - 13.30, late shift: 10.45 - 18.45) -Well-groomed appearance, good manners -Reliability, resilience, flexibility, loyalty, motivation, sense of responsibility We offer you: -A lively, varied business in the region -Sale of genuine craftsmanship, with food products from the region, produced in-house -An upright, motivated, and dynamic team with joy in the profession -A high degree of independence, variety, and personal responsibility -Attractive working hours, Monday to Sunday, by arrangement -Short communication channels -Modern employment conditions according to the GAV of the baking industry -Opportunities to deepen your industry expertise in further training Interested?
