Social Pedagogue (After-school Care Manager) or Specialist in Childcare in the care of Tagesschule Ilgen, 32-50 %

The Ilgen school has been a day school since summer 2021. Divided into kindergarten and primary school groups, approximately 500 kindergarten and primary school children are catered for and supervised. Our school care is looking for reinforcement with two new employees (32% and 50%) as of 1 August 2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You promote and support children from 1st to 6th grade in their development process and their social skills and help shape the school-supplementary care as well as the children's leisure time. • You enjoy supporting school assistants in pedagogical tasks as well as promoting them and, with your open and benevolent attitude, help shape the cooperation in the school team and with the parents. • You participate in quality working groups, take part in meetings, school conferences, school events, etc., and are prepared to participate actively and interdisciplinarily in the entire care team as well as at the school house level and to support developments and pedagogical goals. • You are responsible for one school class as the responsible caregiver, participate in the class council, and are the contact person for the class teacher. • You conduct parent meetings and perform administrative as well as operational tasks. Profile ## • One of the following CH-recognized diplomas: Social Work FH/HFS; Social Pedagogy FH/HFS or an equivalent training. Kindergarten or teaching diploma of the Volksschule, university degree with a major in social pedagogy, pedagogy or educational science • Motivated, open and humorous personality with a positive view of people, who is resilient and can work flexibly on different groups in a substitute function if required • Professional experience in pedagogical work and joy as well as the ability to lead a large group of children with benevolent determination • Independence, sense of responsibility as well as good teamwork and communication skills • Solid PC user skills and a flair for administrative tasks We offer ## A versatile and varied activity in an open, motivated and committed team that is looking forward to the cooperation.
