To complement our team, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented personality as a Social Counselor for our VEBO location in Olten. This is what your new daily work with us looks like ### • Planning and conducting initial interviews with IV recipients and support during trial periods in the departments • Coordination, triage, and networking with specialist centers, authorities, municipalities, relatives, legal representatives, as well as internal departments • Counseling and support of employees with disabilities in social, financial, legal, professional, and personal matters • Support for managers and employees in dealing with social issues, prevention, conflicts, and stressful situations • Professional documentation of consultations in compliance with data protection and professional secrecy • Participation in work and project groups as well as involvement in the further development of concepts, specialist standards, and internal processes What we wish for from you ### • Degree in Social Work FH • Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance, especially IV and EL • Experience in counseling and supporting people in demanding life situations • Interest in operational, social, and agogic issues in the environment of people with disabilities • Solution-oriented, empathetic, and discreet personality with a high level of personal responsibility • Strong ability for interdisciplinary cooperation and networking • Good organizational and administrative skills, confident expression, and good MS Office skills What we offer you - our versatile employee benefits ### • Flexibility in daily work with modern working time models • Further development through free internal courses and support for external training • Above-average social benefits and pension schemes • High-quality catering at discounted prices • Attractive discounts with partners as well as internal discounts • Free parking spaces
