Your Task ##

• Support of IT support in 2nd and 3rd level
• Planning and changing IT infrastructures - evaluation, testing, documenting and rolling out
• Creating and maintaining documentation
• Collaboration on IT projects
• Close cooperation with other departments

Your Profile ##

• Completed training in the field of informatics (EFZ)
• Solid knowledge in PowerShell.
• Experience in handling Microsoft System Center products such as SCSM and MECM/SCCM
• Experience in Windows system administration is expected; corresponding certifications are an advantage.
• Teamwork skills in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
• Experience with the ITIL V3/V4 framework is viewed positively
• Good oral and written German skills mandatory
