Your field of activity ### • In cooperation with the department head and another team leader, you will assume leadership of the ambulatory clinic with 20 treatment places and around 28 employees. Your core task is the fulfillment of the service mandate and the target specifications. As a team leader, you assume the professional and personnel leadership of several employees from various professional groups of the nursing team • You care for and nurse patients and their relatives under the aspects of patient- and family-centered care and perform plasmaphereses, as well as stem cell collections. The coordination and planning of the processes in the ambulatory clinic complement your spectrum of tasks • Through your far-sighted and reflective personality, you actively participate in various projects and are significantly involved in their implementation Your experience ### • You have completed basic training as a nursing specialist HF/FH with several years of professional experience, leadership experience.
