BODY SHOP MANAGER 100% (M/W/D)

For our client, we are looking for an experienced and motivated body shop manager, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Technical and organizational leadership of the body shop team
• Planning and coordination of workshop orders
• Ensuring smooth workshop processes
• Control and monitoring of the performed work
• Collaboration on demanding bodywork
• Coordination with customers, insurance companies, experts, and suppliers
• Appointment monitoring and quality control
• Responsibility for order, safety, and cleanliness in the workshop
• Support and promotion of employees
• Ensuring an efficient and customer-oriented way of working

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Carrosseriespengler EFZ or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the body shop industry
• Experience in a leadership or management function is an advantage
• Good knowledge of bodywork and repair work
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational talent and assertiveness
• Enjoyment of leadership and cooperation with a team
• Customer-oriented and professional appearance
• Good German skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
