Lead Planning & Operations (AVOR/PPS)

We are looking for a motivated "Lead Planning & Operations (AVOR/PPS)"

with responsibility for Spreitenbach & Schafisheim.

Tasks that could await you:

? Leadership and ensuring customer-oriented, qualitatively flawless, timely and cost-efficient processing of customer orders including invoicing

? Leading the AVOR department with appropriate resource use and optimization of the service performance of the employees

? Production planning (rough and fine planning) including creation of the weekly plan with manufacturing orders as well as goods disposition

? Collaboration in daily business in the entire order preparation process

? Customer care and correspondence including creation of standard calculations as well as offers

? Change management, master data maintenance, project collaboration & creating internal process documents

? Further development of the PPS system and optimization of the production planning and control processes

? Constant improvement of inventory levels and reduction of tied-up capital as well as utilizing cross-location synergies

? Key-user for LFS and PPS in the area of AVOR/Planning/Production

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

Education: Commercial or logistical basic training (EFZ), further training as a process specialist/operations technician/Supply Chain Mgr. or equivalent

Professional experience: / 5 years, in AVOR/Planning or production

Leadership experience: / 3 years

Languages: German (C1/C2), English (at least B2), other languages (F/I) an advantage

Systems: PPS an advantage Abacus, WMS, MS Office suite and strong IT affinity
