What you move

• Leadership of the shop team and logistics incl. personnel planning
• Personal consultation of customers from construction, industry, and craft
• Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
• Organization of exhibitions and design of the shop floor area
• Responsible for the vocational training of apprentices in retail
• Tasks in the area of controlling at the location

What you bring

• Training in retail (specialization hardware, Do-it-yourself) or basic vocational training in a craft with experience in sales
• Vocational trainer course is an advantage
• Commercial flair or further training
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Convincing sales talent
