To complement our support team, we are looking for you, a structured and solution-oriented personality, as Service Engineer -- Technical Training & Support. Your main tasks * Creation, maintenance and further development of technical training materials (presentations, e-learnings, manuals) for the current vehicle platforms * Structuring the training content according to the planned 3-level training concept (operator / technology / diagnosis & knowledge exchange) * Definition and implementation of standards and layouts (CI-compliant, didactically clear, multilingual) * Close cooperation with Engineering and Technical Support to ensure technical accuracy * Development and maintenance of image, measurement and functional examples for training purposes (error examples, circuit diagrams, diagnostic data etc.) * Support in Tech Support (approx. 20 %) through analysis of field cases, tickets and machine problems to ensure proximity to products and customer needs * Optional collaboration in the introduction of a learning or content management system (e.g. for e-learnings, revision management) * Cooperation with internal trainers, technical documentation and importers/dealers Your profile * Completed basic technical training (e.g. automation, commercial vehicle, agricultural machinery or electrical mechatronics technician EFZ) * Further training as a technician HF, Bachelor in mechatronics or comparable * Several years of experience in service, testing or service engineering, ideally in a commercial vehicle or mechanical engineering environment * Enjoyment of structured knowledge transfer and the preparation of complex technical content * Confident use of PowerPoint; knowledge of content management or e-learning tools is an advantage * Languages: German and English fluent, French an advantage * Didactic further training (e.g. SVEB 1 or comparable) is an advantage Your perspectives * A key role in the further development of the technical training concept for our compact sweeping machines * Close cooperation with Engineering, Technical Support and international markets * Freedom of design in the establishment of processes, standards and content * Modern working environment and flexible working hours as well as a future-oriented environment with a focus on e-mobility, digitalization and e-learning * Further training opportunities and development perspectives * Collegial team and open corporate culture * Benefits such as staff restaurant, free parking spaces, e-charging stations Shape the future of smart solutions with us -- we look forward to getting to know you!
