ICT Service Manager / ICT Project Manager

This is your contribution • Analyzing requirements with the specialist teams as well as designing and implementing specific IT operation and service structures • Managing and optimizing all maintenance and license agreements for the ICT products and services used • Reviewing the agreed SLAs and OLAs regarding the availability and performance of services, systems, networks, and applications • Leading ICT initiatives and ICT projects, from concept through realization and introduction to successful acceptance • Responsible for operational ICT operations and the leadership and coordination of external ICT service providers What makes you unique • Business Information Scientist (UNI, FH or HF) with additional training as an IT Project Manager IPMA-C/PMI and experience in project management • Experience in introducing and operating service and operations management systems as well as in the lifecycle management of virtualized ICT environments • Experience in the implementation of ICT projects, particularly in the replacement procurement of existing infrastructures and the procurement of external ICT service providers • Sound knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, HPE-Hardware, and Manage Engine products • Good knowledge of a second official language as well as English skills What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the success model of Switzerland and work for the welfare of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunities, we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
