Project Manager – Quality and Management Lead

The Service de l'emploi (SEMP) - Office du marché du travail (OMAT) is looking for a Project Manager – Quality and Management Lead SEMP.2.10 The OMAT, attached to the SEMP, works towards a balanced and dynamic labor market. It accompanies people seeking employment towards rapid and sustainable integration and develops close partnerships with employers in the canton. Comprising about 90 employees, the OMAT acts at the heart of economic and social issues, in connection with many public and private actors. Your missions Do you wish to join an office at the heart of cantonal labor market issues? As a member of the head of OMAT's staff, you support and advise them in the management of the office. In this capacity, you pilot strategic projects, from their conception to their implementation, by coordinating the various actors and ensuring their follow-up. At the same time, you contribute to the development of management, quality, and internal control tools, while supporting teams in their use. Through your analyses and recommendations, you support decision-making and participate actively in the continuous improvement of the office's services. Your profile With a university or HES master's degree in business economics or an equivalent title, you have proven experience in a support/consultancy role (ideally within a strategic staff) as well as in the management of strategic projects. Comfortable with management and quality tools, you pilot complex projects involving multiple partners with method and efficiency. Your very good knowledge of the regional economic fabric, combined with a solid mastery of employment-related mechanisms, allows you to provide relevant analyses and high value-added proposals. Recognized for your writing skills and your ability to synthesize, you combine rigor, sense of priorities, and resistance to stress. Proactive, autonomous, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and move with ease in a very demanding environment, demonstrating flexibility and a deep attachment to the values of public service.
