Your tasks ## • You are fully responsible for the management of a portfolio consisting mostly of residential properties • You prepare and control the annual budget including forecasts and control and post accounts payable • You lead and train your subordinate employees (including target agreements and monitoring target achievement) • You look after and advise tenants and owners and manage the facility managers • You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including reporting • You carry out lease amendments, rent changes, as well as indexed rent adjustments • You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on determining rent structures Your profile ## • You possess a federal diploma in real estate management (Eidg.
