ICT-Engineer (80-100%) - with technical flair for production environment (with development opportunities) As an ICT-Engineer, you take on a central role at the interface between IT and other departments. You ensure the secure and stable operation of our ICT infrastructure and continuously develop it further - from servers and networks to production-related systems. In close cooperation with departments, technology and external partners, you contribute to ensuring a smooth process. You analyze disturbances, efficiently solve problems and actively participate in digitization and automation projects. You bring in your technical know-how, your solution-oriented way of working and your interest in industrial processes, making a significant contribution to the optimization of our systems and processes. Your tasks Operation, maintenance and further development of our ICT infrastructure (servers, network, clients) Ensuring the availability of our production-related IT systems and interfaces Support and maintenance of laundry and sorting systems from an ICT perspective Analysis and troubleshooting of disturbances in the IT and production environment Participation in digitization and automation projects Close cooperation with production, technology and external partners Documentation and continuous optimization of processes and systems Your profile Completed education in the field of computer science (EFZ, HF/FH an advantage) Several years of experience as an ICT system engineer or in a comparable function Good understanding of networks, server landscapes and virtualization Experience in an industrial environment or interest in production facilities and automation Technical flair and enjoyment of the interface between IT and operations Solution-oriented, independent and reliable way of working Good German and English language skills, additional language skills an advantage Are you ready for a new challenge and do you want to become part of our success story?
