Your tasks #####

• Perform dimensional and geometric controls on a three-dimensional machine for outsourced mechanical components and internally manufactured products.
• Verify the conformity of internal documents and those provided by subcontractors.
• Define measurement methods in order to control product quality according to requirements.
• Write and manage control documents: measurement reports, non-conformity reports.
• Participate in developments necessary for the improvement of the quality and performance of dimensional and geometric controls.
• Perform programming on a 3D machine (for example: Hexagon, PC-DMIS software).

Your profile #####

• CFC Polymécanicien Micro mécanique or Métrologie.
• Good knowledge of conventional measuring instruments for the dimensional and geometric control of mechanical components.
• Mastery of IT tools (MS Office) and ease in consulting and recording data via different applications.
• Knowledge of PC-DMIS software, an asset.
• Knowledge of English, an advantage.
