To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as Assistant Private Clients by arrangement.

Your responsibilities
- Supporting the mandate managers in the daily care and administration of Swiss public limited companies, international holding, finance, trading and management companies as well as trusts and foundations
- Assisting with the administration of non-profit Swiss foundations
- Supporting payment transactions including monitoring and filing of documents
- Electronic recording, monitoring and management of client data via our electronic document management system
- Oral and written contact, mainly in English as well as in German, with mandate-related contacts (clients, business partners, banks, colleagues, etc.)
- Independent handling of daily administrative tasks such as preparing documents, assisting with business transactions including compliance
Your profile
- Commercial training or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience, ideally in fiduciary services or private client business (financial sector)
- Experience in servicing HNWI (high-net-worth individuals) is an advantage
- Flexible and proactive personality who enjoys working in a team andhas a strong digital affinity
- Reliable, open-minded, independent and resilient personality
- High quality awareness, precise and responsible working style and very good task management are required
- Quick comprehension and networked thinking
- Fluent in business English and German (spoken and written)
- Very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), experience with ViewPoint and SharePoint is an advantage
