(M/F/D) 80% La FAH\-SEB is a Fribourg institution dedicated to the reception, housing, and support of adults with disabilities presenting an intellectual deficiency. It brings together several living and activity sites, distributed between residential structures, villas, and day centers. On a daily basis, the Foundation welcomes approximately 120 people presenting an intellectual deficiency, multiple disabilities, or autism spectrum disorders. It offers global and personalized support, including socio-educational services, health and well-being monitoring, as well as occupational activities. Through an approach that is simultaneously human, inclusive, and professional, the Foundation works towards the development of autonomy, inclusion, and social participation of the people it welcomes. Through the quality and diversity of its services, it asserts itself as a reference actor in the field of support for people with disabilities in the canton of Fribourg. In order to complete our team, we are looking for a (M/F/D) 80% Your responsibilities • Ensure an active and benevolent presence in the different pavilions during the night • Ensure the security, comfort, and well-being of Residents, respecting their individual needs • Intervene with calmness and discernment in case of need or unforeseen situations, according to established procedures • Transmit relevant information to the day team Your profile • Training in basic care, CFC ASSC an asset • First successful experience in the field of care or disability • Sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work at night in an autonomous manner • Reassuring, calm, and respectful attitude • Oral knowledge of German desired Are you interested in this new challenge?
