Registered Nurse HF/FH (Dipl. HF/FH) 60-100% - Temporary #

Job description ##

• Individual support and care oriented towards needs and resources within the reference person system
• Responsible for a contemporary care process
• Analysis of complex care and support situations, implementation of measures and evaluation of these
• Participation in the development of the quality of care and the residential group
• Work in morning, evening and night shifts

Required profile ##

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF or FH.
• High social competence, team spirit, flexibility and resistance to stress
• Targeted, autonomous and service-oriented way of working
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German, understanding of Swiss German
• Good IT skills and, if possible, experience in electronic documentation of residents (as well as preferably RAI knowledge)
