Strategic Asset Manager Track

What you can move.

• As a strategic Asset Manager Track, you create and are responsible for the asset strategy (renewal and maintenance) in your area of responsibility to ensure the sustainable management of our assets.
• Based on central strategies and target quantities, you derive demand forecasts and consolidate these with the regional asset managers. To do this, you analyze and visualize large amounts of data.
• You are responsible for the process for the financial and risk-based prioritization of substance preservation measures, which you moderate with the regions.
• With your forward-looking thinking, you anticipate the need for adjustment due to changed framework conditions and derive strategic measures for your assets from them.
• In interdisciplinary product teams, you develop fundamentals, concepts, and methods and ensure the connectivity to the asset strategy.

What you bring with you.

• Your ability to solve problems enables you to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement them effectively.
• With your independent way of working and communicative nature, you actively contribute to our organization and promote the exchange of new solutions.
• Through your experience in the field of track or in strategic asset management, you have already acquired valuable specialist knowledge.
• A university degree (ETH/Uni/FH) or an equivalent education in a technical direction is required for this function. It is an advantage if you bring further training in the field of asset management or business administration.
• You have data analysis skills (Python, SQL).
• You have very good German skills (level C1) and bring knowledge of a second national language (level A2).
