In this key role, you will actively help shape an innovative business field and lead the Circular Logistics Center to become a high-performance and market-established unit.

What you bring with you

• Higher education in the field of Supply Chain Management, industrial engineering, business administration, technology, or a comparable further training
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial, logistical, or production-related environment
• Experience in the establishment, scaling, and further development of organizations and operational structures
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong understanding of business administration
• Knowledge in the areas of circular economy, disposal, recycling, or sustainable value chains
• Precise, structured, and responsible way of working
• Strong communication, integration, and teamwork skills
• Confident appearance towards customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Proficient German in spoken and written form as well as good digital competencies

• You ensure a safe, stable, and economic operation
• You lead and develop a growing organization from currently around 40 to future around 100 employees
• You lead and support the team leaders as well as the Solutions Manager
