Ägeri on Ice is looking for you!
From 7 November 2026 to 27 January 2027, Ägeri on Ice transforms in the middle of the village on the sports field near the Acher school complex into a magical wonderland with ice skating, ice mini-golf, ice stock sport, and hut magic with various fondues. For almost twelve weeks, we delight around 30'000 visitors of the most diverse generations.
In our Stübli with up to 200 seats, everything revolves around different variants of the classic cheese fondue with regional products – deliberately in a compact, fine selection. In doing so, a warm, personal interaction with our guests is particularly important to us.
For our Stübli at Ägeri on Ice, we are looking for a Head of Kitchen for the period from 2.11.2026 to 28.01.2027.

Your tasks

• Preparation of traditional Swiss dishes
• Co-shaping of processes
• Leadership and organization of the entire kitchen team
• Coordination of the preparation and service of food
• Compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Purchasing, storage, and calculation of goods
• Planning of personnel staffing and duty rosters

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Koch / Köchin EFZ and bring experience as a Sous or Head Chef
• You have experience in personnel leadership
• You love gastronomy and enjoy dealing with food
• You are a communicative, independent, and conscientious person
