HR & Administration Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Carrying out personnel administration from entry to exit including reporting sickness and accident cases
• Recording time reports and maintaining personnel times
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting as well as executing payment transactions and cash management
• Preparing applications and tenders for construction projects as well as processing offers
• Recording and mutating orders and master data
• Performing general secretarial work such as correspondence, mail processing, filing, archiving

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Further training in the field of human resources as well as experience in the construction or metal construction industry is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office 365, knowledge of Abacus is a plus
• Exact, structured, and independent way of working
• Communicative, team-oriented personality with enjoyment in contact with customers and the team
• German: Stylistically proficient (C2)
