Tasks:

• Process responsibility for goal-oriented planning and implementation of comprehensive nursing and care in complex situations according to the nursing process
• Professional, holistic basic and treatment care for our residents
• Maintaining contact with relatives and reference persons of the residents
• Documentation according to current standards (WZW formula)
• Professional handling of medical-technical procedures according to the valid concepts and guidelines of the institution
• Planning and implementation of doctor visits
• Accompanying in crisis situations and during dying

Requirements:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• Well-developed social skills, especially team and communication skills
• Understanding and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
• Ideally knowledge of the RAI LTCF system and easyDOK
