Operations Manager

Committed to the quality of public service, the Ville de La Chaux-de-Fonds is looking for a: Operations Manager Intercommunal waste collection center Your mission / You ensure the operation of the Déchetterie intercommunale as well as the management of its team. You ensure compliance with current rules, the safety of employees and users, and the proper reception and orientation of citizens and partner companies. You manage the flow of waste passing through the Déchetterie intercommunale and organize its disposal in the respective channels. Your profile / Personal skills / You hold a CFC and possess a forklift driver's license. Training in waste management and experience in a similar position would be an asset. You are willing to undergo certifying or advanced training in this sector. Comfortable in managing a small team, you possess good physical constitution and are able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You are organized, efficient, comfortable in relations with customers, and master common office software. You know how to take initiatives and work autonomously.
