Plastics Technologist in Material Development (m/w/d) 100%

For an internationally successful and established Swiss industrial company, we are looking for a qualified and service-oriented person. Then we are looking for exactly you as: Plastics Technologist in Material Development (m/w/d) 100% • You lead projects for the evaluation and release of replacement and 2nd-source raw materials for existing mixtures • You independently produce samples on the rolling mill, band extruder, and press • You routinely perform basic material tests and analyses • You take over the system-related maintenance of existing plastic mixtures as well as purchase polymers and color concentrates • You actively work on the reformulation, further development, and optimization of plastic mixtures Qualifications • You have completed training as a plastics technologist (EFZ/HF) • You bring two to three years of professional experience in the field of plastics processing, if possible • You ideally have knowledge of SAP and PLM • You have fluent German language skills in word and writing as well as basic knowledge of English • You can advantageously draw on project experience and appreciate interdisciplinary work • You convince with an organizationally strong, responsible, and independent way of working • You have a quick grasp, high initiative, and pronounced team skills What our client offers you • A varied and exciting activity with a lot of personal responsibility • A modern working environment in a future-oriented technology company • Attractive employment conditions and a collegial team that supports you • Targeted support for your professional and personal development Do you feel addressed?
