Technicien Support Production (H/F)

Introduction ## For our Production division, we are looking for a Technicien Support Production (H/F) responsible for deploying and ensuring the application of a mode of animation specific to our activities within different production workshops. Their role will consist of accompanying the field teams so that they can appropriate this approach and implement it in respect of the defined objectives. He/She will evolve within a team of competent technicians in the field, who will accompany him/her in his/her takeover of duties. *Responsabilités* ## Thanks to his/her proximity to users and strong sense of service, the Technicien Support Production (H/F) will have as main missions to: • Train internal users and support them in their skills development on this specific mode of animation • Animate the concerned themes daily with the field teams • Ensure good understanding of the challenges, as well as the appropriation of knowledge and associated tools • Contribute actively to the administration of the system and to the resolution of incidents • Participate in the dynamics of the service by sharing information, good practices with colleagues, and proposing continuous improvement actions *Profil* ## • Technicien ES, Bachelor or equivalent training • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a field close to production • Good mastery of computer tools, particularly SAP and Excel • Initiative spirit, with good analysis and synthesis capabilities • Ability to work in a team and ability to learn quickly • Excellent relational qualities, ease of communication and customer service sense • Responsible profile, rigorous, organized, curious and open-minded Conclusion ## We offer a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, time flexibility solutions and first-class social benefits.
