YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsibility for the entire HR administration along the employee lifecycle (entries, mutations, exits, etc.)
• Support for the HR Business Partners and the payroll team in daily operational business
• Participation in exciting HR projects as well as active involvement in digitalization initiatives in the HR area
• Co-design and continuous optimization of our HR processes to increase efficiency and quality

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Completed commercial training with further training in the field of Human Resources
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Motivated, flexible personality with openness to new tasks
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English and French skills are an advantage
