Job Description
In the Workplace Engineering Team, you ensure that our customers' employees can work securely and productively - no matter where. You design modern workplaces with Microsoft 365 and Intune and bring new possibilities, from automation to AI, into our customers' everyday lives. Your tasks:

• Construction, introduction and further development of Modern Workplace solutions with Microsoft 365
• Endpoint Management with Intune: device rollouts, Autopilot, configuration and compliance policies
• Identity and access management with Entra ID
• Automation of software distribution and updates
• Introduction of new Microsoft 365 solutions to the customer, from Teams and SharePoint to Copilot
• Technical support in customer projects and close cooperation with the IT & Security Operations Team

Your Profile

• Completed IT training (EFZ, HF, FH) or comparable background
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID is an advantage
• Knowledge of Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint or PowerShell is an advantage
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-102) are an advantage
• Service-oriented, careful way of working
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
