For the location Wohnen & Tagesstruktur Staadacker in Oensingen, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a: Social Pedagogue 70-80% ## This is what your new daily work life with us looks like ### • Professional support and accompaniment of our clients in the areas of living, daily structure, daily life management, personal hygiene, health, leisure, and lifestyle design • Independent and professional assessment, reflection, and documentation of socio-pedagogical issues • Reference person work and case management for 3-4 clients and interdisciplinary cooperation with legal guardians, doctors, psychiatry, and other specialist agencies • Management of departments and responsibilities • Quarterly to semester-based weekend planning, usually with 2 weekend days per month • Participation in team meetings and supervisions • Implementation of our values and the QM system What we wish for from you ### • Degree in Social Pedagogy HF/FH, psychiatric nursing, or equivalent training and experience in residential support for adults with support needs • Motivation and ability to act with a focus on the self-determination and participation of the clients • Enjoyment of responsibility, independent way of working, and desire to further develop our offering • Confident appearance, communicative strength, flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness • Humor, pragmatism, and the ability to set priorities • Driver's license Cat.
