Stiftung WFJB is a competence center for people with a brain injury or a physical impairment. The supported persons are at the center of our work. Nursing Specialist HF or FaBe / FaGe 70-100%

Your tasks

• Holistic accompaniment of the supported persons in everyday life
• Substitute takeover of activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, leisure activities, daily structure and apartment maintenance
• Preservation and promotion of the experience of competence and the participation of the supported persons
• If required, taking over daily responsibility (Nursing Specialist, FaGe)
• Conscientious implementation of medication management
• Taking over key person work (Bezugspersonenarbeit) for several supported persons
• Cooperation with therapists, specialist centers and relatives

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF, FaGe, FaBe
• You possess good organizational and communicative (oral and written) skills, and feel comfortable using a PC to reliably implement the key person work
• You are an independent and responsible person who possesses strong self-reflection
• With your appreciative basic attitude and your humor, you enjoy caring for people with a physical impairment and positively influence teamwork
• You are resilient and flexible
• You have the willingness to work irregular hours 365 days a year (no night shifts)
