For the Tertianum Lindenhof house in Orpund, we are looking for now or by arrangement for a Healthcare Specialist as vocational trainer 70-100% Your tasks • Responsible for the organization, planning, and implementation of learning support within the units • Contact person for our AGS and FaGe apprentices as well as for HF students • Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and care process • Planning and accompaniment of medical visits • Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach • Management of the care process as well as conducting case meetings • Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care • Assuming daily responsibility and coordination of the day team • Assuming tasks as a thematic lead of an assigned specialized subject with professional authority Your profile • A warm and humorous attitude • Completed training as a healthcare specialist EFZ • Completed vocational trainer training • Professional experience desired in long-term care • Confident communication in German, oral and written Why Tertianum?
