The Corporate Clients Service Center actively supports Raiffeisen Schweiz, Raiffeisenbanken and group companies in achieving their service goals by receiving and answering telephone and written end-customer inquiries.

To strengthen our team in St. Gallen, we are looking for a fast-learning, service-oriented and strong-communicating personality, starting immediately and by arrangement. We offer you a modern and flexible working environment as well as interesting development opportunities.

• Solution-oriented, telephone support for corporate clients and corporate client advisors from all over Switzerland
• Independent processing and answering of written customer inquiries in various electronic channels
• Management and maintenance of customer data
• Implementation of individual outbound campaigns for the development of the corporate client portfolio
• Active cooperation with local Raiffeisenbanken and internal specialist departments

What do you bring with you? ##

• Commercial basic training, preferably with a banking focus
• Experience in the Contact Center area is an advantage
• Passion to develop into a sustainable banking career
• Strong customer and service orientation with sales flair
• Excellent German skills (spoken + written)
