Project and Construction Manager 80-100%

To strengthen and enrich our team, we are looking for a Project and Construction Manager 80-100% from January 2027 or by arrangement. You are ambitious, committed, and enjoy working - then you are exactly right for us!

We are an architecture office in the heart of Baden with exciting projects from successful competition procedures in the public and private sectors.

The holistic implementation of projects - from design to realization - is an important component and an essential success factor of our office. We process and realize projects in different scales (from the renovation of an EFH to public buildings).

Equally important to us is a transparent way of working within our team, the exchange of knowledge, and the development of individual employees. In a team that thinks along, encourages new perspectives, and raises questions, but with whom one can also talk about kitesurfing, Genoa, or the last mountain tour.

Your area of responsibility:

• Coordination and management of demanding projects with a focus on public educational buildings and residential houses
• Realization of different projects from the tender phase to the handover of keys
• Close exchange with all project participants - our team, specialist planners, authorities as well as clients and contractors

What you bring with you:

• Joy in accompanying and realizing architecturally carefully thought-out and planned projects from the tender to the execution phase
• At least 5 years of project and construction management experience in Switzerland
• Training as an architect with a professional focus on realization or training as a technician/construction manager
• Organizational strength, communication skills, and high social competence
• Open-minded personality with joy in teamwork, collaboration, and coordination on the construction site
• Good knowledge in bill of quantities (Devisierung)
• Very good oral and written German skills
