Legal Counsel - 90 - 100% Within the Legal Department of the General Management of the Assura Group, you occupy a key role by accompanying the various entities of the Group on diverse legal issues. Your objective? To provide pragmatic legal advice, secure the company's activities through the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, and ensure the compliance of practices with legal and regulatory requirements. What you do daily You deliver legal support to the Assura group by providing legal opinions and support to the various entities on legal questions. You analyze, draft, and review various contracts, notably commercial ones, while providing legal opinions in different areas of law according to the company's needs and you take part in large-scale company projects. You also participate in the creation or modification of insurance products, mainly in LCA, and examine questions related to regulatory law (LSA). You ensure legislative and case law monitoring, participate in the drafting or review of Assura's positions, and develop regulations as well as internal directives in order to guarantee the compliance and legal security of the organization. What you bring to the team You demonstrate excellent organizational and analytical skills, which allows you to effectively manage complex files while quickly identifying legal issues and appropriate solutions. You work collaboratively and actively contribute to the team spirit, by utilizing your knowledge in contract law, health insurance law, and regulatory law to accompany the various stakeholders. You hold a Master's degree in Swiss law, if possible also the attorney's certificate and benefit from a minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer or collaborator ideally within an insurance company, allowing you to evolve easily in a demanding legal environment.
