Engineer as a member of the Technology-Process Engineering group (m/f/d) 80%-100%

Your tasks :

• Management and steering of strategic projects and customer prototype orders
• Development and improvement of existing production processes according to market needs
• Implementation of new processes and production installations, process integration
• Responsibility for certain processes / installations
• Interlocutor for production operators in case of problems (troubleshooting)
• Error analysis and optimization of existing recipes and procedures in production, including associated reporting
• Training of production operators
• Feasibility studies in collaboration with the sales department, including customer contact
• Possibility to take on the responsibility of deputy group management in case of aptitude

Your profile :

• FH / university / higher education degree in an appropriate discipline (e.g. microsystems, chemistry, physical chemistry, physics, engineering)
• Relevant knowledge in one or more of the mentioned fields desired
• Very good ability to understand, pleasure in tackling complex contexts, flexibility and stress resistance
• Autonomous, systematic and determined work with recording of results obtained
• Understanding of the needs of a production company
• Good proficiency of German and English orally and in writing indispensable to ensure collaboration within the group, with customers and suppliers
• Interest and willingness to support, if necessary after training, other areas
