Production Group Leader (all genders) As Production Group Leader, you will take responsibility for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team in the production environment. You will ensure stable processes, reliable deployment planning, and the collective achievement of daily production targets. In doing so, you combine technical strength with a good sense for people, cooperation, and continuous improvement. Your Role In this versatile leadership role, you will undertake the technical and disciplinary leadership of your employees and support their individual development. You are responsible for capacity planning, resource allocation, and production according to the value stream principle, thereby ensuring a stable production process. You lead your team's daily shop floor meetings, thereby creating transparency, structure, and a clear focus on the most important topics of the day. You actively participate in area-specific production projects \- both as a project manager and as a project member. You communicate proactively with interface departments and promote good, solution-oriented cooperation beyond your own area. Your Profile Committed, team-oriented, and communicative personality with enjoyment in leadership, responsibility, and cooperation in the production environment. Structured way of working, high commitment, and a good understanding of stable production processes. Completed vocational training or corresponding experience in production. Initial leadership experience or experience in leading projects. Ideally experience in dealing with ERP systems, especially SAP.
