CreditX is a fintech specializing in prévoyance, which combines personalized advice and digital tools. We support our clients in understanding their situation and implementing solutions adapted to their needs regarding disability, death, and retirement.

We are looking for a Relationship Manager Junior wishing to learn the profession, develop a portfolio of private clients, and participate in the growth of CreditX.

THE POSITION IN BRIEF

• Location: Sion, on-site.
• Activity rate: 100 %.
• Salary: CHF 100’000 gross annual fixed, independent of your commercial production.
• Bonus: based on results, according to objectives and a scale defined in advance.
• Training: curriculum preparing for the AFA qualification and field support.
• Profile: experience in sales or customer relations; career change welcome.

YOUR ROLE

You develop your clientele and build trust-based relationships over the long term. As you progress through your training and obtain qualifications, you will progressively take over the analysis of needs, advice, and file monitoring.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop your portfolio through active prospecting, your network, and client recommendations.
• Understand the personal, professional, and financial situation of each client.
• Identify prévoyance needs and present adapted solutions.
• Support clients in their procedures and ensure rigorous follow-up.
• Re-evaluate needs during changes in situation.
• Contribute to the improvement of the customer experience and CreditX tools.

The acquisition of new clients constitutes an essential dimension of the position. Contacts generated by CreditX may also be entrusted to you to support your commercial development.

YOUR TRAINING

Do you wish to move towards prévoyance without yet having experience in this field? We support you in learning the profession.

You follow a curriculum preparing for the AFA qualification and benefit from close supervision: acquisition of knowledge, preparation for interviews, and field support.

You progressively develop the technical and relational skills necessary to practice with autonomy, rigor, and professionalism.

YOUR PROFILE

• Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer relations.
• A strong interest in prévoyance and financial services.
• A taste for prospecting and the ability to develop a network.
• Initiative, a sense of responsibility, and good organization.
• Ease with digital tools.
• The motivation necessary to follow demanding training and acquire new expertise.

Experience in insurance is an asset, but not essential. The position is open to people in career transition.
