ABOUT US
Since 1915, we have been the innovative and dynamic bakery-pastry company of the Davos-Klosters region. Our team of over 40 employees and apprentices bakes, decorates and sells our high-quality products daily with dedication at 5 locations in Davos and Klosters. Since December 1, 2025, the company has been part of the Merz-Gruppe based in Chur. Our customers are at the center of our work. We are looking for, starting from September 1, 2026 or by arrangement, a
BAKER/PASTRY CHEF NIGHT SHIFT 100% (W/M/D)
YOUR MAIN TASKS
Collaboration in the bakery team (5 persons)
Production of our diverse breads, specialty breads and rolls
Production of our seasonal items such as Grittibänz, Dreikönigskuchen
Active participation in the further development of our assortment
Co-responsibility for quality, production processes and delivery readiness
YOUR PROFILE
Completed training EFZ/EBA as a Baker-Pastry Chef (W/M/D)
Professional experience in bakery production and enjoyment of craftsmanship
Interest in assortment, recipe and process development
Team spirit, an open and positive attitude as well as basic PC knowledge
German language skills
