Team Leader HR Administration, 100% # What to expect ### • Together with the six-member team, you are responsible for the entire HR administration from A to Z. • You take responsibility for the planning and organization of your team's day-to-day business. • You advise and support all employees and supervisors on questions regarding administrative HR topics. • You take responsibility for various control tasks (employment contracts, entries, various confirmations, etc.). • You support your team in the operational day-to-day business. This includes the creation of employment contracts including the contract components, the entry of new employees in Abacus, as well as the processing of departures. • You participate in internal projects (such as the optimization of HR processes) and create various reports. What you bring with you ### • You possess a federal HR specialist certificate (eidg. HR Fachausweis) or a comparable education with a specialization in HR. • You are well-versed in personnel administration and have already led a team. • You have sound Office skills and ideally have already worked with Abacus. • You are service-oriented and work independently in a dynamic environment. • You enjoy taking responsibility, are eager to learn, and are characterized by high resilience. • You are a team player and bring a "hands-on" mentality.
