HF Civil Engineering Technician with Project Management Perspective (80–100 %)

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Zeichnerin EFZ specialty architecture as well as further training as a Technikerin HF in the field of construction planning/civil engineering
• Experience in execution and detail planning as well as sound knowledge of Swiss construction practice
• Strong constructive understanding, proficiency in handling materials and building constructions, as well as a good sense for architectural quality
• Very good knowledge of Archicad and interest in digital planning methods
• Independent, structured way of working with a high awareness of quality and deadlines
• Joy in taking on responsibility, preparing decisions, and coordinating tasks
• Good communication skills, team spirit, and motivation for professional and personal development
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing

Your Role with Us

You further develop architectural concepts into execution-ready solutions and connect design intentions with technical requirements. In doing so, you are responsible for defined planning areas or sub-projects, coordinate the participants, and keep an eye on interfaces and deadlines.

Together with the project management, you expand your professional and organizational competencies. With growing experience, you take on more extensive tasks and develop step by step towards project management.

In everyday life, this means

• Independent processing and coordination of execution and detail planning
• Developing constructive solutions considering design, economic efficiency, and feasibility
• Creating and maintaining plans and digital building models in Archicad
• Coordinating and integrating specialist planning as well as independently clarifying interfaces
• Ensuring planning quality and adhering to agreed deadlines within your own area of responsibility
• Preparing technical decisions and early identification of the need for action
• Supporting the planning team with constructive questions and passing on your specialist knowledge
• Increasingly taking on coordination and control tasks in close cooperation with the project management
