Nurse HF/FH/DNII 70-100% Your tasks • Personnel management and professional supervision of the nursing team for 14 residents • Responsible for the organization of service processes, implementation of work processes and service planning with Polypoint PEP • Taking on daily responsibilities • Planning and conducting team meetings as well as participating in interdisciplinary reports • Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and care process • Taking charge of a specialized theme and participation in the group network for quality of care • Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees Your profile • Completed training as a graduated nurse FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross • Professional and management experience in long-term care desired • Experience with people suffering from dementia desired or interest in training in this field • Warm and humorous attitude • Taste for varied challenges • Good command of German orally and in writing, knowledge of French an asset Why Tertianum?
