We are looking for our Geneva office for a Legal Assistant 100% Your missions: You assist the Partners, lawyers, and legal experts in processing incoming and outgoing mail You draft legal correspondence You ensure deadline management and ensure the management of schedules You manage agendas and ensure answering the telephones You manage the reception of clients and visitors You organize appointments, room reservations, and travel organization You ensure the filing of documents and the proper maintenance of files and their archiving Your profile: You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or a MPC or a title deemed equivalent, possibly supplemented by a legal secretary diploma You have confirmed professional experience in the field of legal secretarial work You have very good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word and Excel You have excellent French in writing and speaking and have good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is an asset You work in an organized and reliable manner and with a keen sense of discretion You know how to manage the stress inherent to the activity of a law firm and you demonstrate flexibility You are of Swiss nationality or hold a valid work permit We offer you interesting and varied work within a dynamic and innovative team as well as attractive working conditions.
